Help Desk Hours
The Help Desk is available weekdays (excluding Australian National Public Holidays) from 6:00am to 4:30pm (WST).
Call Charges
All calls to the 1300 550 062 Help Desk number will be charged at local call rates throughout Australia.
Service Guarantees for Help Desk
Our Help Desk team is committed to a maximum initial response time of two hours. Every call and response is logged and allocated an incident number, so we can track the progress of your call at any time.
The Help Desk Service is designed to answer most queries within 15 minutes. If your problem requires further investigation it will be escalated to our Level Two Help Desk staff.

Pay As You Call (PAYC) Service Fee
The PAYC service has been discontinued as of January 2008. Access to Maze Help Desk will now be provided for all clients with paid-up Annual Software Maintenance under the Maintenance and Support arrangement announced in November 2007.
